Australia Post is our preferred postage method however for larger/bulkier orders then a more economical courier may be used.
Free Local Perth Pick-up is available. Order Pickup confirmation will be sent via email, text or phone.

RETURNS – You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Refunds Once we receive your item(s) will be inspected and you will be notified you that we have received your returned item. Refract will refund Shipping Costs if Products are deemed faulty or damaged.
